Can you engrave the brass tags that come with the neckties?

I’m afraid I don’t have the facilities to engrave at the moment. You can take the whole thing to your local engravers (usually a cobblers) and they will be able to add your pet’s details for you.

How to you clean the neckties?

If your necktie is in need of a clean, it enjoys a gentle hand wash, but it will be happy whizzing around in your washing machine as long as it’s safely inside a pillowcase – this is to protect your necktie from getting sucked into the system.

Remove the brass tag and select a 30° celsius wash for the best results. Hang to dry.

How did you learn how to make things?

My nan taught me how to sew and as I got older I taught myself different techniques with the help of our saviour, YouTube. I had a really fun art foundation year where I chose a specialism. I then went to Arts University Bournemouth to study Illustration.

How do you create your illustrations?

I usually begin by creating line drawings by hand. I then clean them up and add colour in Illustrator/Photoshop.

How do you make your products?

Each design is drawn and edited using my graphics tablet. It’s then sent off to the printers to be digitally printed onto fabric. The designs are then sewn together in my studio.

Will my pet make a good pillow?

Yes of course! I’ve created pillows of all kinds of pets. Please include a little description of their personality when sending your photos. Make sure to let me know of any facial expressions, fur markings or special features you’d like me to draw too!

What photos work best?

I ask for 4-6 photos of your pet in a seated or laying position. Photos taken in daylight and from ground level are ideal. But don't worry too much, I can work with what you have! If you are unsure - email me and I'll take a look.

How long will my custom order take to make?

Each piece is carefully designed. I spend many hours on each to ensure it’s the very best it can be! Production times vary, but are usually between 2-3 weeks.
